Country Fair with a VINTAGE FLAIR! 8th Grade Graduation OC Party Planning!

This 8th Grade Graduation in Orange County at was all about reusing, repurposing and reinventing!

We were excited to be chosen as the event designers for this 8th grade Shin DIG! All the attendees loved admiring all the fun whimsical party details and interactive tables inspired after a country fair with a repurposed vintage flair.

We had so much to accomplish for this event; all the way from the array of eclectic linens, draping, hanging bistro lighting, interactive tablescapes, mismatched plates, napkins, scrumptious centerpieces, sweet station, photo booth and so much MORE!!! Our Team Rocked this event! Good job GIRLS!And yes we were completely exhausted after the event was over! However it was completely worth it!

Sweets and Candy Station, Orange County Events at Arroyo Trabuco

I loved having the absolute freedom designing this whimsicial yet vintage shabby chic sweets and candy station. My goal was to use a soft muted color pallet with a punch of color; this is where the vibrant teal and hot pink came in. Oh and taper candles can i say anymore, so romantic!

Complete with brownie bites, mini glazed donuts, lemon cupcakes, cheescake cups, chocolate coconut macaroons, and petite cinnamon rolls. YUM!

Stacey did a wonderful job designing the handmade paper windmills and popcorn cones. The added touch of buttons, twine and moss accents was just what was needed.
The cake pop truffles were scrumptious!

Fresh caramel, white chocolate, marshmallow popcorn cups.

New Stations OFFERED- Pirate Party!

OK, so super excited to start putting together a pirate themed station. This isn't just your standard pirate candy station, sweets station, appetizer, drink or whatever station you want it to be. Well see for yourself. I knew for starters it had to mimic a ship and be over the top- so we constructed these billowy sails. What do you think?

...And here is what we have so far- when i am finished with the final product we will post it. ENJOY!

So MUCH fun for a children or adult party, don't you think? This will be one of our take away station or better yet hire us to stock, deliver, install and pick-up. More to come!!!

Fall Neighborhood Social

Check out this Fall Sweets Display, lighting and candles for my neighborhood Fall Social... It was a Huge hit- alot of the neighbors had never heard of uplighting, much less know about the wonderful effect perimeter uplighting has in a room. It was NEAT to hear and see all their reactions!

For this I simply reused design pieces I hand created for a industry market party at Arroyo Trabuco last week! I can't wait to get my hands on those images- so stay tuned for more goodies!
