Ok, so the Sweets Shop was a huge success and turned out beautifully. Here are some images I took from my camera. My pictures do not do it justice but I think you get the idea! I will leave the photos to the professional! Once I get images from Frank Salas (rockin' photographer) I will post them here. Thank you to Donna B and It's All about the Cake for the scrumptous baked sweets! Yummy!
I had such a BLAST designing this SHOP! Check it out...

Arroyo Trabuco Open House -March
Arroyo Trabuco approached my company to design a sweets shop with a beach flair for their Annual Open House. Immediately I wanted to incorporate some of their current furniture pieces to give it a fun vintage overhaul. I also wanted the attendees to feel like they walked into a candy and sweets shop right there in the ballroom. The goal was to TRULY treat them to an experience they would fall in love with and want to incorporate at their wedding!
So....I joined forces with the fab duo - Shelby & Erika at Greenleaf Designs to come up with a truly fun, interactive and stylish sweets shop experience. Here were the inspiration pieces I pulled from Arroyo's furniture palette, Shelby's vintage inventory and pieces I carry.
Here are some quick snap shots I took on my phone while I was at Arroyo Trabuco (sorry about the image quality- but you get the point!)
and the inspiration pieces i would consider to incorporate!

Our "Basic" Candy Display @ The GRAND- Disney!
Christina booked our "BASIC" Candy display last year. This is the most SIMPLE and least expensive option we offer! It is a great design option for those brides and grooms who would like to opt out of the traditional guest favor at each place setting.
The Client chooses a variety of candy (7 to 10 choices) from a basic list of items we offer. Such items include gummies, hard candy, nostalgia, sours, packaged, and chocolate. Included in this is a bride and groom's favorite! At the event the guests get to take away their "favor flavors" either in a Chinese take out box, clear cello bag or a muslin draw string bag. All design, glow and containers are included.
The Candy Display is fun, interactive and sure to bring out your overall design. But most of all your friends and family will love it!

Ole Hansen Beach House- San Clemente
Here we did a simple chic beach theme. We provided pillar candles with sand which were then enclosed in glass cylinders. The up lighting was simple yet helped the small space pop and brought it to life. The color choices were amber for the inside and a vibrant fuscia for the outside.
